Delivery

Delivery times

Delivery time varies and depends on products that have been purchased. Other factors that affect transit include shipping distance and method of delivery. Once your order will be marked “Completed”, you will receive the tracking information to check the status of the shipment, if available.

We have 3 main categories of products on the e-shop:

  • off-the-shelf products kept on permanent stock (e.g. some models/sizes of Duna shoes): estimated delivery to you should take place within approx. 10 working days;
  • products made to order (e.g. some models/sizes of Duna shoes): estimated delivery is approx. 30 days;
  • quoted products (e.g. the Hugbike, Seating Systems and Standing/Walking Aids by Fumagalli): delivery might vary from 15 to 45 days.

In any case, for every product on the e-shop an estimated delivery time is showed on each product page.

International (non-EU) delivery takes more time. Furthermore international shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.

UK Delivery

We use DHL Express and DHL eCommerce or a Royal Mail Tracked Delivery service. Where available, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight and destination postcode of your package and will be visible once you begin the checkout process.

International Shipping

We ship international orders through DHL Express and DHL eCommerce. Where available, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight and destination country of your package and will be visible once you begin the checkout process.

Happlebox.com currently accepts international orders from the following locations:

Besides UK and Ireland, we do not ship in any other European country. If you live outside Europe but you country is not listed in the table above, please contact us with our contact form and we’ll check if we can satisfy your request.


Import tax & duties

Outside Europe we  deliver online sales on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means that international customers may be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the delivery of the order.

In some countries we can use HARMONIZED TARIFF CODES (HTS) – e.g. in US –  for orthopaedic and medical appliances, therefore import taxes and duties should be reduced to 0%. Nevertheless as customs might be a complex matter, we recommend you to contact a local customs clearing agency or governmental body.

Tracking orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. To track an order on FentyBeauty.com, sign in to access My Account that will contain your order information. You can also contact Happlebox Customer Service to track your order.

Working days and holidays

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding Bank and Public Holidays within the United Kingdom. Order must be placed by 12pm UTC to be processed on the same working day, otherwise it will be processed the next working day.

  • All prices are quoted in the British Pounds (GBP) for all applicable costs, including shipping, taxes, and duties.
  • Shipping, duties, taxes, and applicable fees are nonrefundable.
  • International orders cannot be shipped to a APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses.
