Returns and exchange policy

Online returns

We hope that the product you receive meets your requirements completely but in the unlikely event of wanting to return an item, the following information applies.

If you wish to return your online purchase, you need to notify by email Happlebox Customer Service (customerservice@happlebox.com) of your wish to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you have received the goods.

Please make sure to state your order number and the email address you have used to place the order in your request of return.

Our Customer Service will then contact you back within 3 working days in order to have some information about your return (unsuitable item, wrong size, damaged or faulty item, wrong product received) so that we can process your return efficiently.

We do not offer a free returns service. The goods must be returned at your cost within 14 days of the date of your notification to us that you wish to return the goods. In order to be sure that we receive your return and therefore are able to process your return, we recommend you to use a recorded postal service.

The Return form must be printed, filled and inserted inside your parcel. You can download and print it by clicking on the button below.

All products must be returned complete, unused, in an undamaged state and in their original packaging where possible.

If products are not returned in their original condition on return, Happlebox reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement of any product(s). This charge may include the cost of parts, materials, labour and any subsequent loss to Happlebox. 

We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it. We will inspect the item promptly after its return to us and if the item is undamaged, you will receive a refund within 14 days. Exchanges will be shipped as soon as they are available on stock/production (usually within 14 days).

Exemption:
Please note that, where goods are manufactured to order, made to measure or bespoke (e.g special footplates, backrests, etc.) or in case of customisation (e.g. customised colours, special outsoles) or modifications to the standard product, these items cannot be returned.
